Simant Micro Tuition is an educational service offered under Simant e Tutorials, a brand of e Tutor Laboratories. Simant e Tutorials is a brand of e Tutor Laboratories, the registered business entity responsible for this service.
Unused lessons
Unused lesson credits may be refunded on request within 7 days of purchase. Lessons already completed are not refundable.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment is debited but lessons are not credited, share the transaction reference and the amount will be credited or refunded in full.
Technical issues
If a lesson could not be delivered due to a technical problem on our side, the credit is restored to your account.
How to request
Email support@simantetutorials.com with the parent mobile number and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7 working days, by e Tutor Laboratories.
